[DOSBox + MT32 + GUS patches + D-Fend] All-In-One Pack
======================================================
by Megamik. VERSION 2.1.0 - DOSBox 0.63 more optimized

This pack includes:
-------------------

* DOSBox 0.63

* MT32 Windows MIDI emulator. Just follow the instructions in the README.txt at
  the mt32emu folder. It works better than previous DOSBox 0.62 compiled with
  MT32 support, and it will work (in theory) with any Windows MIDI capable
  application. It's still in alpha state so don't expect perfect behaviour.

* Alternative optimized binaries of DOSBox 0.63 for each one of these
  architectures: Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium 4, K6-2, Athlon, Athlon XP,
  Athlon 64.

* The Gravis Ultrasound patches, ripped from the official v4.11 GUS drivers
  and modified by the ProPatches Lite v1.61 pack by Eero Rsnen.

* D-Fend 2.0.62.42 front-end. Very complete and easy to use at the same time,
  it's updated for every new DOSBox option and allows to define per-game profiles.

And also features:
------------------

* Easy installation and uninstallation. Just like any other Windows based
  application, run it and click Next. It will make all the necessary shortcuts
  and later you can cleanly uninstall it using the control panel options (note:
  it will not delete your files at C folder nor your customized profiles).

* Customizable installation: You can choose which components to install if you do
  not want the full pack. Also it will let you choose from the standard DOSBox
  and the processor optimized ones.

* Easy configuration. Just install it and run it. Setup process takes care of
  DOSBox and D-Fend configuration. It also makes a shortcut for virtual "C:" unit
  in the start menu group, where you can put your DOS games and apps. This drive
  is automatically mounted at DOSBox startup.

Changelog:
----------

[2.1.0]

* Includes DOSBox 0.63 + optimized binaries + GUS patches 4.11 & PPLite 1.61 +
  D-Fend 2.0.62.42
* Added optimized versions for Pentium 4 and Athlon 64. Dropped Athlon Thunderbird
  version as it was essentially the same as Athlon. The P4 and Athlon 64 versions
  don't include profiled optimizations (so they are a bit less optimized) because
  I can't execute the resulting binaries in my machine.

[2.0.0]

* Includes DOSBox 0.63 + optimized binaries + GUS patches 4.11 & PPLite 1.61 +
  D-Fend 2.0.62.42
* Dropped DOSBoxMT32 binary. A Windows native MT32 emulator driver has been
  added instead in a separate folder. Follow the instructions in that README.
* Compiled DOSBox and libraries with latest stable MinGW (GCC 3.4.2), using the
  flags:
  "-s -O3 -march=xxx -fomit-frame-pointer -ffast-math"
  and DOSBox with added flag "-fprofile-generate" and then "-fprofile-use".

* Only Windows NT serie is supported because of the "ioctl" option when mounting
  the C drive.
