{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 Tetris

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 The awkward thing about this one is the responsiveness of the keys: hitting a rotate key twice often results in the piece rotating three times. It's the lack of accurate control that even- tually beats you, rather than the difficulty of the game.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Quite reasonable.

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 Optional 'see next piece' facility.

Pause.

High score tables (today's high scores plus best ever).

{fb10000FFAuthor{fb1000000 Paul Johnson

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 Tetris

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 This suffers from the same sort of key responsiveness problem as Steve Bosman's Tetris, but in this case there's a control bar the allows you to adjust the responsiveness, but its not easy to find a setting that feels right.

This version of Tetris has 14 levels, and it is not impossible to go all the way, and loop back to the beginning.

One interesting level has the pieces dropping at lightning speed, but you only need one full row to complete the level.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Quite reasonable.

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 Passwords to a few levels.

High score table.

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 12 minutes

{fb10000FFArchimedes conversion by{fb1000000 Ari Pitknen

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 This is a conversion of a sort of adventure game. The dungeon is generated rand- omly each time you start a fresh game.

Many of the rules of Dungeons and Dragons apply, and many of the monsters and spells available in Dungeons and Dragons can be found somewhere in the dungeon. The rules of D&D are not followed all that closely (e.g. the character class 'Klingon' is not found in real D&D).

You seek a magic potion that will cure the fatal illness which afflicts your daughter.

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 The control keys are rather awkward to get used to. The volcano areas are deadly. You keep thinking to yourself that perhaps your character is now strong enough to venture into the volcano rather than walking all the way down to the interesting levels of the dungeon, but you're usually wrong.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Character based graphics (e.g. # is a wall, J is a jackal).

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 Save game.

Numerous startup options.

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 Months
