{fb10000FFAuthor{fb1000000 Stuart Tyrrel

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 Navigate your little lunar lander through various awkward shapes and land it on the landing pad. The slightest touch on anything else is instantly fatal. Use as little fuel as possible, because your score is calculated from the fuel remaining when you land.

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 Some of the later screens are extremely tricky.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Very simple.

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 High score table (saved to disc).

Redefinable keys.

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 3 minutes.

{fb1FF5555 PLANTEAT
{sgp7
{fb10000FFAuthor{fb1000000 Paul Hallam

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 You fall towards a planet on which there are man eating plants. There are also monsters that want to eat you. The only way to survive is to lure the monsters into the plants. This is achieved by standing behind a plant, and, as the stupid monster walks towards you, it walks into the plant. That's simple when there's only one monster, but there can be up to five.

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 Although the game is quite simple, it somehow has that certain something that makes you want to play it just one more time.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Simple.

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 High score (saved to disk)

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 10 minutes.

{fb1FF5555 PLUMBER
{sgp8
{fb10000FFAuthor{fb1000000 Andrew S J Innes (ZAX)

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 Connect the bits of broken pipe in such a way as to create a long enough conduit to contain the escaping water.

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 It plays fairly well, but the scoring system is rather peculiar. It is possible (in fact highly probable) to end up with a large negative score.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Not bad

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 None

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 6 minutes.

{fb1FF5555 POKER

{fb10000FFAuthor{fb1000000 Raffaele Ferrigno

{fb10000FFPlot{fb1000000 Five card poker for one human and one computer player, using a short pack (sevens to aces).

At least a pair of Jacks is required to open. Opening bids are limited to matching what's in the pot. Raises are limited only be the amount of money you, or it, have left.

{fb10000FFPlayability{fb1000000 The first thing you notice about this game is that it is very slow. It takes nearly a minute to play a hand in which neither player has an opening hand. The control icons are very confusing.

The actual gameplay isn't particularly brilliant, I've never seen the computer bluff. You can't bluff it because it won't back down once it has started bidding, even if it only has a pair of Jacks, and you've made a maximum raise. Poker never was a good two player game anyway.

{fb10000FFGraphics{fb1000000 Chunky and garish.

{fb10000FFFeatures{fb1000000 None.

{fb10000FFTypical Duration{fb1000000 1 minute per hand. How many hands it takes to bankrupt yourself or the computer depends on your bidding strategy.
