Now, here it is. The Vision of a Prophecy, the so-called Preview of the
forthcoming Demo made by Paranoia Complex. Because of the blurring of all
Visions, this Vision is only in 16 colours. Only The Digital Prophecy is in
full colours.

Known Blurs in the Code:
       > You may hear a little phasing in some sounds, this is due to a
problem with the Player. The phasing can be prevented by calling
the Demo again. This effect depends, unfortunately, more on toss-
          up than on facts.
       > On pure VGA-screens (or Multis 30kHz rising) there MAY be some
problems. I cant test it, because ive got no VGA-screen, so i
          shall rely on your experience
-> If youve got problems running on a StrongARM, try using Strong-
          Guard

Whole demo was done by us (Paranoia Complex) and the Copyright is also ours.
The whole Demo is PCX-Domain,which means:

  You may copy it freely
You must send us at least 500 Dollars, 1000 Deutschmark or 400 Pounds
If you try to change this Demo, a Terminator will appear at your front
door and will terminate you within seconds
Thou shalt be very impressed, otherwise you will experience the same
    fire squad
If you use programming-ideas of this Demo (which definitively will help
you not!) your compie will be destroyed via the Sub-Etha-Network

Code was done by Cyboman (not TOO difficult)
Textures were done by Cyboman using Corel Photo-Paint 5.0
  Objects were done by Cyboman
Sounds were done by Cyboman using a Akai S-01, Roland JV-1080, Oberheim
Matrix 1000, Quasimidi Technox and a Alesis Midiverb IV
Basic Ideas were taken from X-Mix 2 done by Studio K7
Design advice was done by Bugger
The Player-Routine was done by Armaxess

This !Help-Text will destroy itself in 30 seconds.

Upcoming effexx in Digital Prophecy:
a real story (nuff of that boring effect-by-effect demos)
shaded, sprite-mapped 3-buffer write ahead vector grafix (SM-3-WAV),
even fast enough for a A3000 (as mine)
      amazing camera-movements
      fully synchronised music
      real landscape-flyer (maybe)

I can not guarantee, that all pictures in this Vision will appear exactly
the same way in Digital Prophecy. But this seems to be a common thing with
Visions.

Digital Prophecy will not work on 1 Meg-machines as there are many mappings,
three Mode 13-Screens, big code and tons of massive sounds.
Also, the Vision of A Prophecy will probably not run on 1 Meg-machines, that
is, because i was not keen about coding a little compression-algorithm.

(hopefully) outcoming future effexx:
semi-raytraced non-polygon objects (maybe mirrors, too)
technoholical extacy (next project after Digital Prophecy)
      Doom-like game

As you may have noticed, Paranoia Complex consists of some well-known
creatures, as there are: Bugger, formerly known as Bugger of SquoQuo
Cyboman, formerly known as Hopper of SquoQuo

To close up with the past, this step has to be made. Now the age of earnest
demos has come up. To our regret, this will also be the age of less output,
as my available time has been cutted by a study. (As you may have noticed in
the past 1 years...)

Due to the total lack of reliability, the former member Robin was not taken
over to Paranoia Complex.
Although a BIG Hello! to Robin, wherever he is...

A big sorry to all the english-speaking readers. I hope you got no collapse
whilst reading this.

If youve got some advice, questions, requests or anything else, you can
mail me (Cyboman) or indirectly Bugger under the following adress:

Christoph.Ballhause@Student.Informatik.Uni-Ulm.de

Hopefully, in the near future, there will be a Paranoia Complex-Homepage, so
look forward to it.
